SOVA™ is a brand of V An S Seeds Goodness LLP. Your invoice will be from V An S Seeds Goodness LLP.

Where we Ship:

We currently fulfil orders only received from addresses in India. For International delivery, kindly send us an e-mail on shopsovacare@gmail.com.

Dates and Timings of Shipping:

We are happy to fulfil all your orders received before 5 pm from Monday to Friday on the same day.  For orders received post 5 pm on any day between Monday to Friday, we will ship the products on the next working day.

Shipping Duration:

All your SOVA products are shipped from our office or warehouse in Mumbai, India by courier. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

For domestic (metros & central district areas): 5 – 7 days

For domestic (non-metros & out of city areas): 5 – 10 days

For orders marked and paid for Urgent Deliveries (metros only): by the next working day

NOTE: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping Instructions

Special delivery instructions will be conveyed to the courier companies. However, as V An S Seeds Goodness uses 3rd party couriers, we may not have full control over the service level of the courier company. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. in the Shipping Instructions. V An S Seeds Goodness takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. V An S Seeds Goodness is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping Rates and Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Free Shipping is offered for orders in excess of Rs.800/-. However, this limit is subject to change without advance notice.
